Your Intellectual Property	You own it. The Hub does not claim any rights to your inventions, writings, or creations.
Your Data	You own it. The Hub does not sell, share, or monetize your data.
Your Decisions	You own them. The Hub does not approve or reject your business choices.

What the Hub Oversees

The Hub’s oversight is minimal and mechanical. It does not manage you — it verifies you.

The Rules

These are the non-negotiable rules of the container. They apply to everyone equally.

Log Your Commitments. Every public-facing commitment must be logged in the Trust Ledger with a deadline and verification link.
Honor Your Commitments. If you commit to something, deliver it before the deadline. If you can’t, re-issue before the deadline hits.
Engage with Depth. If you provide feedback, make it substantive. “This is great” is noise. “Here is why this breaks and how to fix it” is signal.
Use the Language. When communicating within the Hub, use the Ontology’s definitions. Ambiguity is friction — and friction slows the build.
Build, Don’t Consume. The Hub is for builders. If you are here only to watch, you will eventually be gated out.

The Consequences

Breach a commitment	Your Trust Score drops. The ledger is transparent — everyone can see it.
Trust Score drops below 40	You lose access to active collaboration spaces, grants, and governance.
Repeated breaches	You are gated out permanently. Your code, website, and business remain yours — you just cannot access the container.
Fake feedback or spam	Your Trust Score is reduced to 0. Permanent ban.

The Exit

You can leave the Hub at any time. You take everything you built with you — your code, your website, your business, your IP, your data, your customers. The Hub claims nothing.

If you leave, your Trust Score is frozen and your tokens (if any) are burned. You cannot return with a new identity — the ledger remembers.

Never to require permission for your decisions.
