Why	Coherence is not just internal. It must be expressed in deposit to others.

Physical Fitness & Health

Requirement	Description
Minimum	Active engagement in physical fitness
Context	Exercise, movement, somatic practice
Why	The vessel must be maintained. Coherence cannot be held in a neglected body.

We will review fitness practice and health habits.

Personal & Professional Integrity
