Coherence Hub

Funding the Builders of the Emerging Model

The Coherence Grant Program

Pending capitalization · 1,000 USDT · No equity · No interest · Just signal.

Status: PENDING. The program is designed, documented, and ready to deploy — but awaiting capitalization. The Core Team has committed $0 in personal funds. By design, the container must be self-sustaining, not dependent on its founders.

The Coherence Grant Program provides 1,000 USDT to coherent builders who need help launching their ideas. This is not a loan, not an investment, and not a contest. It is a grant — capital to accelerate the build.

The return is not equity or interest. The return is signal and traction — real-world evidence that the container works.

The funding pathway

CET Token Sale (Primary)

50,000 USDT via Reg D 506(c). 250,000 CET at 0.20 USDT. 100% of funds allocated to grants. Min 5,000 USDT per investor.

Service Revenue (Secondary)

Once operational: SME module fees, Widget premium, consulting. 50,000 USDT redirected to the grant pool over 6–12 months.

Strategic Partnership

An aligned foundation, accelerator, or grant-making body funds the program directly. Actively under exploration.

Capitalization roadmap

1Draft PPM + Reg D filing documents
2Open investor interest window
3Close first tranche (25,000 USDT minimum)
4Activate grant program (first 25 grants)
5Close second tranche (25,000 USDT)
6Activate remaining 25 grants

“We are building a container that runs on its own mechanics — not on the personal resources of its founders. This is the only way to build something that outlasts its creators. The program will be activated the moment funding is secured.”

Program parameters

Grant Size1,000 USDT
Disbursement500 USDT upfront + 500 USDT upon milestone verification
EligibilityTrust Score ≥ 70 (rolling 90-day)
ApplicationSingle-page proposal: Problem, Solution, Timeline, Success Metrics

RepaymentNone. This is a grant, not a loan.
Cliff ClauseMilestone must be delivered within 45 days or the grant terminates. Tranche 2 is forfeited.

Eligibility requirements

Hard requirements

  • Trust Score ≥ 70 (verified via the Trust Ledger).
  • At least 3 honored commitments in the last 30 days.
  • At least one piece of substantive feedback logged in the Module Feedback system.

Selection filter (The Friction Test)

Your 500-word proposal must include:

  • A single, falsifiable hypothesis: “If I build X, then Y will happen within Z days.”
  • A clear Cliff metric: “If this metric isn’t met by Day 30, I will hard-kill the project.”

Why this works: anyone can write a vision. Only a builder can write a falsifiable test.

The application process

1Submit a 500-word proposal via the Grant Application Form (available through The Gate).
2Proposal is reviewed by the Hub Core Team within 72 hours.
3If approved, you log a commitment in the Trust Ledger: “I will deliver [milestone] by [date].”
4Tranche 1 (500 USDT) is disbursed immediately.
5You build. You deliver the milestone before the deadline.
6Milestone is verified by the Hub Core Team.
7Tranche 2 (500 USDT) is disbursed.
8You continue building. Your project becomes a node in the Hub’s ecosystem.

Milestone verification

What the Hub verifies: whether the milestone you promised exists and is functional.

What the Hub does NOT verify: whether the project is profitable, the code is clean, the business model is sound, or customers are happy.

Verification is mechanical: Is the link live? Does the app load? Does the deliverable exist? Yes / No. That is the only question.

The infrastructure playbook

Available now — even without funding, builders can set up their domain and Base44 stack. Every grant recipient receives this playbook.

Step 1 · Register a Domain Name

Recommended: Namecheap or Porkbun (avoid GoDaddy — upsell hell). Choose a short, pronounceable .com / .org, enable WHOIS privacy. ~$10–$15/yr. Optional secondary: an ENS .eth pointer.

Step 2 · Build with Base44

A lightweight, modular infrastructure stack for rapid full-stack deployment — low friction, ~$16–$50/mo, scalable, open-extensible.

Web App HostingBase44 App Service (Node/Python)$16
DatabaseBase44 Postgres (5GB)$12
File StorageBase44 Object Storage (100GB)$8
Total~$36/month

Sign up → clone the starter template → deploy → point your domain. Live.

Step 3 · Configure Analytics & Feedback

Embed (1) a feedback widget logging to the Hub’s Module Feedback system, and (2) a public Commitment Log showing your live Trust Score. This turns every funded project into a node, not an island.

Reporting cadence

Weekly (10 min)One sentence update: “Blocked on X” or “Unblocked Y.”
Monthly (30 min)A short log of what was built, what failed, and what pivoted.
Milestone CompletionA 5-minute Loom video walking through the working prototype.

The Cliff clause

If the milestone is not delivered within 45 days of Tranche 1 disbursement: the grant is automatically terminated, Tranche 2 is forfeited, and the recipient’s Trust Score takes a single Breached hit for the missed commitment. No exceptions. The Cliff is the circuit breaker — it prevents the grant from becoming dead capital.

The return (what the Hub gets)

The Hub expects no financial return from the grant. The return is:

SignalReal-world data on what works and what breaks.
TractionEvidence that the container enables real builders to launch real projects.
Network EffectEach successful grantee becomes a node that attracts other builders.
FeedbackEvery grantee provides substantive feedback on the Hub’s modules.
Public ProofA growing directory of live projects built inside the container.

The program is not on hold. It is capitalizing.

This is the first real test of the container’s mechanics. Can it generate its own funding?

We are accepting Expressions of Interest — not final applications. EOIs are logged and prioritized when funding is secured.
