Module Overview

Purpose

This module provides a structural framework for identifying, evacuating, and stabilizing semi-coherent nodes trapped in dysregulated environments. It operationalizes the Coherence Framework's Node Intervention Protocol at scale, offering a pathway from CM entrapment to COM citizenship.

Core Principle

"Semi-coherent nodes are not broken. They are stuck. The system has processed them, but they have not yet integrated the processing. Extraction requires destabilization. Stabilization requires deposit."

ConceptMeaning
EvacuationSafe removal from dysregulated environments
StabilizationNervous system regulation and foundational coherence
IntegrationThe pathway from semi-coherent to coherent node
SovereigntyThe node becomes self-sustaining and source-aware
2.

Target Population

2.1 Who Is a Semi-Coherent Node?

CriteriaDescription
AwarenessKnows something is wrong but cannot articulate the structure
FatigueTired of extraction, performance, and dysregulation
DisruptionHas been destabilized by the CM but has not yet collapsed
PotentialShows signs of coherence-seeking behavior
VulnerabilityCurrently trapped in a dysregulated environment

2.2 Indicators of Dysregulated Environments

IndicatorDescription
ExtractionResources are taken without replenishment
PerformancePresence is punished; appearance is rewarded
DysregulationNervous system states are chronic (fight/flight/shutdown)
IsolationConnection to coherent nodes is limited or absent
InstabilityHousing, work, or relationships are unpredictable

Proving Statement

"The Coherence Framework provides a structural pathway for evacuating semi-coherent nodes from dysregulated environments. The network identifies, evacuates, stabilizes, and integrates nodes through non-extractive housing, coherent work, and a three-level curriculum. The CCM governs the transition. The CM is completed with dignity. The COM emerges organically. The nodes bridge ethically. The transition is orderly. The field holds."
